How it works
We fetch ingredients, research ingredients using a combination of AI and web, source evidence preferably from the company itself, then collate and publish our findings. High confidence requires a specific company disclosure, it's never just what the model knows.

- Python and FastAPI, with Claude Sonnet 5 doing evidence synthesis over its server-side web search tool, findings cached in SQLite by (company, ingredient, scope); server-rendered Jinja UI, Open Food Facts for product records.
